All of our dogs are AKC registered and many of them have champion pedigrees & tiny sized quality lines behind them. All of our breeding stock are pre-screened with all the necessary tests prior to breeding to ensure the health of our dogs. They also must meet a strict criteria of Sweet & Loving Temperments & Overall Beauty. We consider our dogs to be a part of our family. They live in our home & are loved & played with daily.

Prices

If you have purchased a FairyTail baby from us in the past, we offer a 20% discount off your next puppies purchase price. Anyone purchasing more than one puppy will recieve a 20% discount off the second or lowest priced puppy.

Our puppies are priced individually between 4-5 weeks of age. At this time each baby can be more accurately accessed for pricing based on sex, quality, color, & estimated size at maturity. Our puppies are sold with limited AKC registration. Full AKC registration with breeding rights can be given for an additional fee to approved individuals only.
(Note: I can not guarantee a size or color of any puppy. It is impossible to know this for certain. Shih Tzu's can grow at different rates & have been known to change coat colors completely. I can however; give you my best educated guess based on experience, knowing my breeding stock & past litters.)

Waiting List Pre-Deposit

A $500 pre-deposit will reserve your position on our waiting list. Please give us color & gender you are most interested in. You will have the option of selecting a puppy from one of our current litters, or waiting for a future litter in the order of when pre-deposits were received. Your pre-deposit will be applied towards the deposit and purchase price of your selected puppy. Deposit minus your pre-deposit must than be received within 5 business days of your puppy selection. Pre-deposits are Non-refundable, under any circumstances! Only after everyone on our waiting list has been contacted, we will offer a puppy for sale to the general public that are not on our waiting list.

Keep in mind there may not be the prefered color or gender choice born for the people who are ahead of you, so even with a full waiting list something still may become available & move you up on the list.

* Breeder reserves the right to first pick of any litter in our breeding program.

Holding a Puppy

Any available puppy may be placed on hold once everyone on our waiting list has had first choice option. After you have selected a puppy he/she will be placed on hold pending deposit. Deposit must be received within 5 business days from the date your selected puppy was placed on hold. If the deposit is not received within 5 business days & no other arrangements have been made than the puppy will be placed back up for adoption.

Deposit

The deposit amount is one half the purchase price of your selected puppy. Deposits must be received within 5 business days of your puppy selection. Deposits are Non-refundable, under any circumstances!

Payment Types Accepted

We only accept USPS Postal Money Orders sent via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation or Cash for local pick up. No other forms of payment will be accepted!

Balance Due

Final Balance including shipping fees are due by the time your selected puppy is 8 weeks of age. If the balance due is not received by the time the puppy is 9 weeks old & no other arrangements have been made the contract will be considered Null & Void, the deposit will be forfeited, & the puppy will be placed back up for adoption.

Shipping

Shipping is available for $300. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer & are in addition to the purchase price of the puppy. The shipping fee includes: airfare, a veterinarian health check & certificate to fly, & an airline approved crate. Puppies can usually be shipped around 10-12 weeks of age, although we reserve the right to determine when your puppy is ready to make his/her trip safely & when weather conditions are ideal. We LOVE to meet our puppies new families! Puppies with local pick up are usually ready by 8 weeks of age.

Health Guarantee

Our puppies come with a written one year health guarantee, current on their vaccinations & wormings, & have their dewclaws removed.
